Clarksville, TN : Motorcycle driver injured after collision on Madison Street on Wednesday, October 19, 2016

The driver of a motorcycle was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center by helicopter after colliding with a vehicle at the corner of Madison Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.

According to Clarksville Police, the driver was conscious and breathing, but sustained serious injuries.

The crash happened just after 7 a.m.

Traffic was reduced to one lane for about 90 minutes as the crash was cleared by first responders.
