Odessa, TX : Pedestrian injured in Second Street wreck on Monday, 7th November 2016
A pedestrian suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a Monday afternoon wreck on Second Street near. The man was crossing south at about 4:40 p.m. on Second Street, where there is no crosswalk, when a Honda minivan traveling west collided with him, police reported. He was taken by ambulance to Medical Center Hospital.
Traffic snarled as Odessa police investigated the wreck. The minivan remained on scene, with its windshield smashed on the driver side and a large dent in the hood.
Police on scene soon after the wreck said the severity of pedestrian’s injuries were not immediately clear.
