A Tulsa man died Memorial Day morning in a rollover crash in southwest Bartlesville.
Robert Wayne Lee, 36, of Tulsa, died when the Dodge Durango he was driving struck a curb and rolled off the road into several trees, according to a news release from Bartlesville Police Capt. Jay Hastings.
A person driving by the area of Silver Lake Road and Polaris Drive discovered the wreck about 5 a.m. Monday and notified police.
Lee was driving southbound on Silver Lake Road when he struck the curb. He swerved over the center line and back across the road, Hastings states in the release.
The vehicle departed the roadway to the west, where it overturned into several trees. Hastings states in the release that there were no apparent witnesses to the single-vehicle crash.
