A crash along northbound I-75 Tuesday night near mile marker 143 in North Fort Myers was snarling traffic.
The crash involves injuries and a pedestrian, we are told, who was flown to Lee Memorial Hospital.
All northbound lanes were being rerouted through a construction zone - later the northbound outside lane was blocked - and then about two hours after the crash all lanes were back open.
Florida Highway Patrol was dispatched at 9:31 pm.
