Jacksonville , FL : Four family members killed in Crash after their vehicle broke down and erupted into flames after being struck by a tractor-trailer on Monday , March 2nd 2015

From Arkansas to Jacksonville, family members and friends of a Westside mother and her three children grieved Tuesday after learning they perished in a fiery chain-reaction crash on the Buckman Bridge Monday.
A crash report released by the Florida Highway Patrol just before midnight Monday identified the victims as driver Yakel Culclager, 36, Trequis Woods-Sims, 18, Tradesia Woods-Sims, 17, and Trevieon Woods-Franklin, 6.

Troopers said the family died when their vehicle broke down and erupted into flames after being struck by a tractor-trailer that first hit a vehicle behind them.

Latima Lovett of Pine Bluff, Ark., identified Culclager as her cousin and said the family moved to Jacksonville from Virginia, where her husband was stationed in the Navy, about six months ago. She said her cousin was originally from Arkansas.

Nicole Wright, a childhood friend of Culclager’s, said the family is devastated.

“She was a good person who attracted good people,” said Wright, 36, of Pine Bluff. “Her kids meant the world to her.”
