Norwich,CT : Norwich man killed in 2-vehicle crash on I-395 on February, Tuesday 27th 2018

A Norwich man was killed early Tuesday in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 395 northbound in Norwich, officials said. Police have identified the victim as Johann H. Liebig Jr., 51, of 70 Taftville Occum Road, according to an accident report. According to the report, the crash happened at 12:13 a.m.
