Northbound Philadelphia Pike at Commonwealth Avenue in Claymont is closed as Delaware State Police investigate an accident involving a pedestrian late Tuesday.Traffic in both lanes was being redirected around the scene but the Delaware Department of Transportation said in a tweet that the southbound direction has opened.
