Stafford teen charged in fatal 5-car crash

MANASSAS - Police have charged the teenaged driver of a 2013 Volkeswagen Jetta that swerved into oncoming traffic, striking four other vehicles on Va. 234 Saturday and have identified the man who died in the crash.
