Monessen,PA : Harrisburg man, 66, hurt in Springdale crash on February, Sunday 4th 2018

Police said a Harrisburg man suffered a medical episode and lost control of his Ford Escape along the 400 block of Pittsburgh Street in Springdale Borough about 3:20 p.m. Sunday.

The SUV, driven by 66-year-old Phillip Ayers, hit a rock wall and a utility pole.

Ayers was taken to UPMC St. Margaret. His condition was unknown.

Police Chief Derek Bayoub said the SUV had extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
