St.Augustine, FL : Patrol car crash in St. Augustine on U.S. 1 near State Road 312 on Wednesday, September 24, 2014

The Florida Highway Patrol is responding to a crash involving a patrol car at Lewis Point Road and U.S. 1 in St. Augustine, which is just south of U.S. 1 and State Road 312. Roadblocks are reported in the area, as the southbound side of the inside lane of U.S. 1 is blocked. According to an Action News source on the scene, three vehicles were southbound on U.S. 1. The last vehicle didn't see the three vehicles ahead of him stop. One of the stopped cars happened to be a deputy with a K-9. The dog and the deputy were not hurt.
