A Georgia family of three died in a fiery crash on the journey to Disney World for their daughter’s first birthday Sunday.

Thomas Garza, 25, his fiancée Lillian Luna, 20, and their daughter Brianna died after a Mercedes SUV rear-ended their sedan on the Florida Turnpike about 4 a.m., police told the Orlando Sentinel.

The young family from Moultrie made the spur-of-the-moment drive south for Brianna’s first birthday. Her parents wanted to take her to a Florida beach and Orlando’s Walt Disney World, their family said.

The two cars crashed less than an hour's drive away from the Disney resort

“Thomas was a good man,” Garza’s sister Eloisa Garza told the newspaper. “He loved Brianna more than anyone or anything else. Lillian and him stuck together no matter what. They were happy, and they did anything to give Brianna the best.”
