ORLANDO, FL : A man is dead after a crash in Orange County on Saturday, June 3, 2017

Troopers said a James Armstrong,59, was hit while he was crossing the road at the intersection of Forest City Road, near All American Boulevard just before 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Authorities said Armstrong crossed directly in front of a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Jaquavious Brown.

Armstrong was taken to the hospital, but later died.

Troopers said Brown was not drinking, nor was he injured.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
