Portland, OR : Missing 6-year-old boy struck, killed while walking on interstate on July, Tuesday 11th 2017

A missing 6-year-old boy was hit and killed while walking on Interstate 5 in Oregon.
Just before the deadly accident, 911 received a call that a child was "running around" in the area. Some insane cell phone video of a tornado touching down in eastern Iowa Tuesday.

In the video, you can see the tornado rolling through fields near the town of Conroy.
In some parts, you can see trees flying in the air.

No injuries were reported.

Iowa County emergency management says the tornado did damage outbuildings and homes in the area.

A utility official says the storm knocked out power for 2,600 customers.
