Two people were injured in a crash that shut down Independence Boulevard Friday morning.
The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. on Independence Boulevard at Conference Drive.
Police reopened the roadway around 5 a.m.
One person involved in the wreck was hospitalized with serious injuries. The other person involved, also taken to the hospital, is expected to be OK.
No word on what caused the crash.
