Harrison crash killed Raymond woman
Police say a crash in Harrison that took the life of a Raymond woman was not noticed for more than nine hours.
A passing motorist notified police of the crashed SUV at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Residents of a nearby home said they heard a crash at about 9 p.m. Tuesday, and went out to investigate, but did not see anything.
Police say the victim, 28-year-old Sabrina Titus, likely died instantly.
The crash remains under investigation, but police say it appears as if Titus’ vehicle was traveling north on Naples Road when it struck a frost heave and left the right side of the road. It then struck a snowbank and went airborne before striking a rock wall, rolling onto the driver’s side, and striking a tree with the roof.
