Monroe, LA : OPSO deputy injured in crash on Thursday, September 8, 2016

An Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office deputy is being treated for non-life threatening injuries following a Thursday night two-vehicle crash.

The deputy was on duty at the time of the wreck, Glenn Springfield, OPSO spokesman, said. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment for a leg injury.

The wreck occurred at approximately 9 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 165 South.
