HEBRON, CT : Driver seriously injured in Hebron crash on Sunday, 28th April 2024

A driver was killed in a crash after hitting a tree that started a fire on West Street Sunday morning.

According to State Police, troopers responded to the report of a car fire around 9:48 a.m. in the area of Karlswood Road.

They say the vehicle was traveling south on West Street at a high rate of speed and for an unknown reason traveled off the right shoulder, striking a tree.

The Hebron Fire Department was dispatched and extinguished the fire.
