Pedestrian hit and killed by car in Gwinnett

A pedestrian was hit by a car on a busy Gwinnett County road Thursday morning.The person was discovered on Duluth Highway near Medical Center Boulevard in Lawrenceville.Dispatchers confirmed the pedestrian was killed.
