New Philadelphia, OH : Two injured in crash near New Philadelphia on Friday, January 6, 2017

NEW PHILADELPHIA State troopers are investigating a two-car crash that injured two people at 6:37 p.m. tonight.

A dispatcher with the New Philadelphia Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol said the crash was reported as being head-on on state Route 39 near Pleasant Valley Road, east of New Philadelphia.

New Philadelphia firefighters said two people were transported from the scene to Union Hospital in Dover.

No other information was immediately available.
