Knoxville, TN : One hospitalized after fiery West Knoxville car crash on Monday, February 6th 2017
Authorities are investigating a fiery car crash in West Knoxville that sent one person to the hospital on Monday evening.
The crash occurred around 6:52 p.m. when a Nissan Versa left the road, struck a fence and then a satellite dish in the parking lot of Knoxville Christian Center, 818 N. Cedar Bluff Road, according to a news release from the Knox County Sheriff's Office.
The car caught on fire, and the driver was taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
The driver's identity and condition are not known at this time.
The driver was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the release
