Jonesboro, AR : Two people injured after crash on Hwy 49 in Craighead County on Tuesday morning, June 7, 2016

Two drivers were hospitalized after an early-morning crash.

It happened Tuesday morning at the intersection of Highway 49 and Craighead County Road 928.

An Arkansas State trooper on the scene told Region 8 News the driver of the Chevy Tahoe was heading north on Highway 49 and hit the white Chevrolet car when it attempted to turn left onto Craighead County Road 928.

The drivers were hospitalized with minor injuries.
