LAS VEGAS, NV : Man arrested in deadly North Las Vegas hit-and-run on Saturday, 13th April 2024

North Las Vegas police arrested a man in a deadly hit-and-run crash Saturday morning.

Just after midnight, North Las Vegas police responded to the area of North 5th Street near Brooks Avenue after reports of a crash involving a pedestrian.

When officers arrived they found a woman, believed to be in her 30s, who appeared to have been hit by a vehicle, lying in the road. Medical personnel pronounced her dead at the scene, police said.
