Haleiwa, HI : 28-year-old man pronounced dead following crash in Haleiwa on Tuesday, 18th June 2019

Honolulu Police report that a fatal motor vehicle collision occurred on the Joseph P. Leong Highway around 12:55 p.m. Tuesday. Honolulu Police report that a fatal motor vehicle collision occurred on the Joseph P. Leong Highway around 12:55 p.m. Tuesday.

A 2016 Dodge MPVH being driven by a 28 year old male, was traveling north and a 2004 Chevy pick up truck being driven by a 52 year old male was trailering a Bobcat vehicle and traveling south.

The Dodge was seen drifting between the north and south bound lanes. The Chevy pulled to the right shoulder and was sideswiped by the Dodge.

Upon sideswiping the Chevy, the Dodge flipped on to it's roof. The driver and passenger of the Chevy were uninjured. The driver of the Dodge was pronounced dead at the scene.
