Steuben County ,NY : Two People hurt in Steuben crash near west of County Road 175 on late Friday ,July 10th 2015

Two Steuben County men were hurt late Friday when their car failed to negotiate a curve on Indiana 120 just west of County Road 175 West and struck a tree, the county sheriff's department said.

Travis Crager, 36, of Angola, and Nicholas Vancuren, 26, of Fremont, were flown to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, the sheriff's department said in a statement. It said neither were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.

Crager's car went off the south side of the road about 11:15 p.m., traveled in a ditch and then struck the tree head-on, the statement said. It said alcohol and speed are believed to be factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
