Bowling Green, KY : Man injured in motorcycle accident on Louisville Road on Friday, July 8, 2016

A Bowling Green man was injured after losing control of a motorcycle Friday on Louisville Road.

Chad Donley, 21, was traveling south in the 7700 block of Louisville Road about 7:45 p.m. when he lost control of his motorcycle and veered off the roadway toward the right shoulder near a corn field, according to a Warren County Sheriff's Office news release.

Speed was determined to be a factor in the incident, and Donley said he couldn't keep his motorcycle in his lane, the release said. Donley was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.

Medical Center EMS transported Donley to The Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
