One person was flown to the Regional Medical Center and others were trapped as a result of the crash. Family and witnesses stood on the side of the road and waited.
People who drive on the two lane portion of Highway 14 said it is a dangerous road.
It's just a dangerous highway. I mean, it's that they need to four lane it. All the way down everybody coming up and down it passing. Drunk drivers. It's a bad deal," neighbor Bubba Watkins said.
