A Hannibal 12-year-old was injured in a UTV crash Thursday night northwest of Hannibal.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 2017 Kawasaki Mule UTV driven by Brilee J. Crigbaum, 12, was eastbound on County Road 404, five miles northwest of Hannibal, at 6:50 p.m. The patrol said the UTV struck a stump, causing the driver to hit her face on the vehicle.

She was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital by private vehicle with minor injuries.
