Sacramento, CA : A Temecula man was killed on Interstate 15 on Saturday, August 5, 2017
A Temecula man was killed on Interstate 15 north of Escondido Saturday morning when his motorcycle was clipped by another vehicle changing lanes, the California Highway Patrol said.
The 50-year-old rider was going southbound on the freeway near the Lilac Road bridge about 5:45 a.m. when the driver of a Toyota Camry crossed into his lane, said CHP Officer Jim Bettencourt. The car’s rear collided with the Harley Davidson, ejecting the rider onto the shoulder.
