Bull Shoals,AR : Head-on crash on January, Friday 19th 2018
Emergency crews responded to reports of a high impact, head-on crash at the Highway 95 and Riverview Drive intersection around 7:30 p.m. Friday. According to Cpl. Sean Watson, of the Bullhead City Police Department, the driver of a silver Hyundai Sante Fe, which was northbound on Highway 95, failed to yield while turning left onto Riverview Drive. The Hyundai collided with a southbound silver GMC Terrain. The two passengers of the GMC were taken to Western Arizona Medical Center with minor injuries, Watson said. The two passengers of the Hyundai, a man and a toddler, were attended at the scene by the Fort Mohave Mesa Fire Department. Watson said the driver of the Hyundai was citied for failing to yield while turning left and failure to control speed to avoid collision. The crash closed the two southbound lanes of Highway 95 and the eastbound lane on Riverview Drive for more than two hours.
