Greeley, CO : Three children dies after single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 76 near Hudson on Sunday, Sep 6, 2015

A 9-year-old boy who was a passenger in an SUV that rolled on Interstate 76 near Hudson has died, bringing the death toll from Sunday's accident to three.

According to The Greeley Tribune, the Weld County Coroner's Office said 9-year-old Alberto Cano-Villela of Lochbuie (lok-boo-wee) was pronounced brain dead Wednesday night.

The single-vehicle rollover also killed two other children — 8-year-old Mia Cano-Villela, also of Lochbuie, and 12-year-old Alex Rodriguez of Aurora.

The driver of the SUV, 32-year-old Luis Rodriguez-Sanchez, suffered life-threatening injuries and remains hospitalized. State troopers suspect he was speeding when he lost control of his vehicle.

Two other passengers were also injured.
