Portland , OR : 27-year-old woman suspected of hitting a pedestrian and leaving the scene in Portland on Early Sunday, November 23rd 2014

A driver suspected of hitting a pedestrian early Sunday in Portland and leaving the scene was later arrested at an apartment complex where a car with front end damage was found. The 27-year-old woman was arrested on charges that include assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
