Delphi, IN : Monticello man died in a Single-vehicle crash in Carroll County early Tuesday morning, May 17, 2016

A single-vehicle rollover accident in a remote part of Carroll County claimed the life of a Monticello man early Tuesday morning.

According to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department, at approximately 6:49 a.m., deputies were called to the scene of a rollover accident in the area of County Road 850 West north of County Road 100 North. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a 2005 Chevy Impala in a field and determined that the vehicle, which had been driven by 38-year-old Raymond M. Burgess Jr., had rolled several times before coming to rest on its wheels.
