TEXARKANA, TX : One dead after wreck involving bicycle on Thursday, 21st January 2021

Authorities have identified the man who was killed last night in a wreck involving a bicycle.

Investigators believe Herman Sitzes, 56, was trying to cross the street when he traveled into the path of a Lincoln Navigator.

The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. Thursday on West 7th Street near the Southwest Center.

No charges are expected to be brought against the driver at this time.
