Frederick County , MD : 28-year-old man killed in fatal Crash after hitting a guardrail along Frederick County roadway on Early Friday ,April 17 2015

A 28-year-old man died early Friday after hitting a guardrail on a Frederick County roadway.

Maryland State Police said in a statement that investigators are looking into the cause of the crash involving Corey Eugene Hall of Fort Washington.

Hall was driving a 1994 Chevrolet Caprice east on Maryland Route 40 at 2:19 a.m., when he crossed the westbound lane near Pleasant Walk Road, the statement said. There, he hit a guardrail, propelling his car into the air.

He was the only person in the car, the statement said.
