Taunton, MA : Taunton man injured in motorcycle crash on Liberty Street on Thursday, 28th June 2018

A man was taken by ambulance to Rhode Island Hospital early Thursday afternoon after suffering serious injuries when his motorcycle collided with a car on Liberty Street, police said..

The crash took place in front of 21 Liberty St. in East Taunton around noon.

Officials initially planned to transport the motorcyclist via Med-Flight but that was not possible due to inclement weather.

A fire official on scene described the male victim as “a local kid” age 20.
