Hephzibah, GA : Augusta man dies in rollover crash on Thursday, 25th July 2019

One person is dead after a Thursday morning crash in Augusta.

According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, David Bennett, 55, of the 1500 block of Piney Grove Road, was driving his Ford Ranger in the 5000 block of McCombs Road at around 10:55 a.m. when he lost control causing the vehicle to roll over.

Bennett was reportedly unrestrained and pronounced dead at the scene at 11:50 a.m. of blunt force injuries.
