Jackson, MS : Pedestrian killed, struck by several vehicles on Highway 80 near Westhaven Blvd on Tuesday night, December 1, 2015

Jackson Police say the pedestrian who was hit and killed Tuesday night was struck by several vehicles.

Hinds County Coroner, Sharon Grisham Stewart has identified the victim as 35-year-old Stephanie Campbell.

JPD Officer Colendula Green said Campbell was found deceased at the scene, on Highway 80 near Westhaven Blvd.

Officials say the accident occurred around 8:35 p.m.

Accident Investigators are currently following up on the incident.
