Perryville ,AR :Paul Dibble, 25 killed after hit by Car on Thursday ,September 10th 2015

Paul Dibble, 25, was in the northbound lane of Arkansas 155 in Perry County when he was hit by a northbound 2006 Nissan at 5:45 a.m., the report from state police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The report said it was dark and foggy at the time of the accident.
