DELEWARE COUNTY, OK : 21-year-old woman from Salina dies on scene of crash in Delaware County on Friday, 15th December 2023

Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a fatal single-vehicle crash on US-59 a couple miles north of Jay, Oklahoma, in Delaware County on Friday evening.

Riley Phelan, 21 years old from Salina, was pronounced dead on scene due to injuries sustained during the crash.

A 19-year-old passenger from Pryor was transported to a local hospital before being treated and released with head injuries.
