MADISON, WI : Man killed in wrong-way crash on Interstate 39/90 on Madison"s east side identified on Thursday, 13th April 2023

A man killed in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 39/90 on Madison's east side last week has been identified.

David Street, 58, of Peoria, Illinois, died in the early morning crash on the westbound interstate near Cottage Grove Road on April 7. Street died at the scene; preliminary results confirmed he died from crash-related injuries, the Dane County Medical Examiner's Office said Thursday night.
