Norwood, OH : Two people injured in a single-vehicle accident in Norwood on Tuesday afternoon, February 7, 2017

Two people were hospitalized in a single-vehicle accident in Norwood on Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The crash occurred at approximately 3 p.m. when a car left the road near the intersection of Ross Avenue and Section Road and struck a pole.

Police said one person was ejected from the vehicle. Both occupants were taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with possible life-threatening injuries.

Officials have no identified those involved in the crash.

The Norwood Police Department is investigating the wreck. No further information is available.
