A crash at an intersection along Folly Road is causing delays on James Island Monday morning.
According to the Charleston Police Department, Folly Road near Maybank Highway is experiencing delays after concrete spilled following a crash.
Officials say one lane is open towards Folly Beach from the Wappoo Cut Bridge.
