Cambridge, OH : Girl, 4, injured in crash; parents face criminal charges on Wednesday, 27th June 2018

A mother and father are facing criminal charges after their 4-year-old daughter was injured during a two-vehicle accident on Columbia Court Wednesday afternoon.

The child was riding in the front seat of a vehicle driven by her father without a child safety restraint seat.

Police charged Jeffrey A. Lanzer Jr., 35, New Philadelphia, and Tori R. Baumgardner, 24, Scio, each with one count of endangering children. Lanzer was also cited for no child restraint, failure to yield during a left turn and driving while under a failure to reinstate suspension.
