Largo, FL : Woman killed in crash in Largo Medical Center on Wednesday night, May 28, 2014

Largo police detectives are investigating the death of a woman in the parking lot of Largo Medical Center on Wednesday night

The crash occurred near the emergency room just before 11:30.

Officials state that 61-year-old Patricia McChesney was driving in the parking lot when she sideswiped a parked car.

McChesney was found pinned between her car and the car she hit when hospital security arrived, according to detectives.

Paramedic separated the cars to treat McChesney but she died from her injuries.

Police say McChesney was leaving the hospital after visiting a patient.

Officials are continuing their investigation but tell us they do not anticipate filing any charges.
