Alexandria, MN : A woman was briefly trapped in a pickup truck after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday, June 1, 2017

A woman was briefly trapped in a pickup truck after a two-vehicle crash near Osakis on Thursday morning.

The crash happened about 8 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 2 SE and County Road 79 SE, a few miles southwest of Osakis.

According to scanner traffic, extrication may have been necessary.

The woman was transported by North Ambulance.

Two pickups were in the ditch at the crash scene.

Responding to the accident were the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Osakis Police Department, Osakis Fire Department and Osakis First Responders.
