Orlando, FL : 44-year-old Kissimmee man killed tractor-trailer in Orlando on Wednesday December 9 2015

A 44-year-old Kissimmee man was killed Wednesday morning in a crash with a tractor-trailer in Orlando, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The fatal crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on Orange Avenue, prompting officials to close the roadway in both directions from Town Center Boulevard to Osceola Parkway. Orange Avenue later reopened.
FHP spokeswoman Kim Montes said the man was driving a Toyota Camry and lost control on a curve. The Camry left the road and crashed into the big rig when the driver tried to gain control of the car, troopers said.
The driver of the car died in the crash, Montes said. The big rig driver was uninjured.
