A Berryville woman is dead following a Thursday afternoon crash in Frederick County.

John M. Rende said he and co-worker Michael S. Travis were stopped in a work van in the 300 block of Front Royal Pike (U.S. 522) about to turn left into the Blue Ridge Hospice Thrift Shop warehouse where they work when a northbound driver veered left toward them about 4:50 p.m.
