Harrisburg, PA : Driver ran red light in crash that killed woman, grandchild, DA says on Thursday, January 19th 2017
A Bucks County woman is accused of running a red light in Allentown, causing a crash that killed a city woman and one of her grandchildren.
Maria Eiseman, 32, of Warminster, Pa., was arrested Thursday by Warminster police.
Eiseman was arraigned in Bucks County on charges related to the Jan. 3 crash, including two counts each of homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's office.
Christina Watkins-Rivera and her 7-year-old granddaughter, Yartezi Ramos, died following the collision at Fourth and Susquehanna streets in Allentown, and two other children were injured, authorities said.
