SALINE, LA : Elderly couple die after crashing into downed tree on state highway on Tuesday, 20th February 2024

An elderly couple lost their lives Tuesday evening after crashing into a tree that had fallen across a state highway.

State troopers identified the victims as Clois Williams, 82, and Mary Williams, 78, both of Saline. Neither was restrained. Both died at the scene.
