Peoria,AZ :70-year-old man killed hit by truck on Wednesday in August 5th 2015.

Peoria police say a 70 year old man was killed last night, after he ran across the street to get some Mexican food.

He was hit by a white truck near 75th Avenue and Peoria.

Police say it was dark and the driver just didn't see him. It doesn't look like the driver will face any charges.
